Hours of operation: 7am-4pm, Monday – Friday (Pacific Standard Time)

Requests afterhours or weekends to be charged at standard rate

ALV2 Customers: Complementary technical support over the phone/email during hours of operation.

AL5H and AW2H Customers: Charged at standard rate anytime.

Visits to the Property-

If deemed necessary for us to send a technician for repairs, standard rates apply


Parts warranty-

Indoor products- 3 Year Warranty

Front Desk Equipment- 1 Year Warranty

Outdoor products-1 Year Warranty

(Any replacements for items past warranty will be charged at standard rate)

(Warranty covers regular wear and tear; any physical tampering will not be covered)

Limitation of Liability-

Miwa Lock Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any lost data, lost profits or indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages, even if Miwa Lock Co., Ltd.. has been advised of the possibility of such losses or damages
